Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure the timely delivery of products to our customers. The Production Manager will work in the sheet metal industry and be responsible for managing the production team, which includes two work managers.Responsibilities:Develop and implement production schedules based on customer demand and sales orders, while ensuring 100% on-time delivery of productsOversee the entire production process, which includes punching, bending, sub-assembly, coating, and final assemblyFocus on productivity improvement and automation initiatives to increase output while maintaining quality standardsSet and enforce quality goals and standards, and ensure adherence to these standards throughout the production processUtilize CRM software to track customer orders, ensure accurate information is communicated to the team, and maintain excellent customer relationshipsTrain, manage and motivate the production team, encouraging high levels of engagement and productivityConduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide ongoing feedback and coachingMonitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished goodsCollaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure smooth operation of the production facilityEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and standardsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 TO 7 years of experience in sheet metal production AND 10- 15 YEARS for a diploma holder, with at least 2 years in a management roleStrong understanding of production processes and quality control standardsExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skillsProficient in the use of CRM softwareDemonstrated ability to manage a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesAbility to identify areas for improvement and implement

Responsibilities.Create the companys supply chain strategyAnalyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issuesEvaluate and report on KPIsMonitor logistics to make sure they run smoothlyMaintain supply chain inventory and recordsTrain and guide employeesFind cost-effective solutions for supply chain processesResolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growthDevelop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standardsCommunicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.Requirements and skillsPrevious experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar fieldExcellent knowledge of supply chain processesWorking experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)Strong communication skillsExcellent organizational and project management skillsAttention to detailCreative problem-solvingA strategic and analytical mindDegree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field

Review Quotations / Proposals and validate companys compliance with therequirements and/or provide comments and exceptions as needed. Knowledge in 3D and 2D models (Solid & Sheet metal modelling and assembly) in solidworks. Preparation of model layouts in Solid works and give visualisation thru Visualizers andother software. Provide solution for the selecting the appropriate product, for either standalone orintegrated system designs. Constant communication with the Sales Team and the channel partner. Create the 3D models, drawings and other requested documentation and present theaction to the Sales team or channel partner. Prepare and submit the final designs as part of the order fulfilment process. Provide Solution thru 3D models to the customers, sales tram and prospectsaddressing the specific design engineering challenges. Provide product training and sales presentations to Company independent salesrep/distributors, engineering firms, and other customers if needed. Handle inquiries as needed in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.Requirements: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience 1-3 years in a similar role with familiarity in filtration solutions Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively and clearly withcustomers as well as at all levels of the organization. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities to meet required deadlines. Software applications - Solid works, Visualizer, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookS Consistently show patience and courtesy to customers; diplomacy and ability to resolvesales and equipment related problems.

Building 3D and 2D models (Solid & Sheet metal modeling) in solidworks without others supportBuilding the assemblies in solid works with use of provided Data and Finalize the 3D-model indetail.Creating the3D models and 2D drawings from scratch adhering to standards and guidelinesUpdating the existing 3D drawings based on Requirementsstrictly maintain or create new bill of material as per design.Implementation of GD& T symbols in drawingsCommunicate between sales and production team.Plan and coordinate production engineering process on daily basisWorking on continues design support tasks based on everyday requirementsFinalize of process along with Cross Functional team and customersSkills required:B.E. Mechanical with 2+ years experience in Sheet Metal Designing and AssemblyBasic knowledge of Laser/Punching, bending machinesWorking Experience in Solid works - Sheet metal, 2D DraftingGood knowledge of applying GD&T, Tolerance Stack up, Sheet metal AllowancesGood knowledge in understanding the 2D manufacturing drawings and nestingQuick adaption of drawing standards and guideline.Good communication and interpersonal skills with Problem-solving skills and a passion forcreativity.
