We are looking for an Interior Architect to join our team in Sahakar Nagar. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, whether you are just starting your career or have a few years of experience.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Design Development:** Create innovative interior design concepts and layouts that meet client needs and are compliant with local regulations.- **Space Planning:** Organize and allocate space effectively within a building to enhance functionality and aesthetics.- **Material Selection:** Research and recommend materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with design goals while considering budget constraints.- **Client Interaction:** Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide updates on the design process.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project integration and feasibility.- **Presentation:** Prepare visual presentations and models to convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders clearly.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or an advanced diploma in interior architecture. Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent tools is essential. A strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail is crucial for this role. Good communication and teamwork skills are required to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
