Handle end to end recruitmentSourcing profiles like Postings, Networking sites & Job Portals.coordinate the walk-In & Scheduled interviews.Conduct F2F interviewsCoordinating and taking care of on-boarding.Good communication in English.Should be able to handle end to end recruitment.Responsible to ensure hiring against approved manpower requisition within set lead time.Use Internal hiring tools like Employee Reference, Internal Job Posting & External hiring tools like Job portals.Developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner.Conduct initial HR interview round.Involved in End to End Recruitment and Background verification of Candidate.Exploring alternate channels of hiring to ensure achievement of hiring TAT.Periodic updation of career websites / pages with real time positions.Able to maintain necessary records.Generalist activities like joining formalities, induction and orientation.The above role is 80% recruitment+20% generalist.
