Ltd., you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of International travel packages and services. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into sales and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the booking and travel process.Key Responsibilities:- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business- Customize travel packages based on client preferences and travel objectives- Provide accurate information and advice regarding destinations, travel arrangements, and visa requirements- Handle booking inquiries, negotiate prices, and prepare itineraries- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goalsRequirements:- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the tours and travels industry- Experience in international travel sales is mandatory- Maximum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within tours and travels- Fluency in English (written and spoken)- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is a plusBenefits:- Competitive salary and attractive commission structure- Opportunities for career growth
