Roles and Responsibilities*Handling Mutual Funds division and end to end operations of it.*MF corporate action process like dividend payout /dividend reinvestment issue to clients by coordinating with RTA/AMC.*Effective handling & monitoring day to day Operations viz transaction processing, effective allotment / pay outs, monitoring Controls, KYC, Audits etc.*Coordination with RTA.*Smooth Branch coordination - to ensure minimal complaints and quick resolution.*Handling various day to day transaction activities.*Monitoring activities and handling evaluation of Agents performance.*Processing of Applications for new entities by uploading in DBMS software.*Ensuring Agents are compliant with Regulatory framework.*Support to sub agents regarding transactions, software installation, reimbursements and reconciliation.*Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.

Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct detailed research and analysis on the stock market, including historical data, market trends, and company financials Collect and analyze relevant information from various sources, such as company reports, financial statements, and market newsUse technical and fundamental analysis techniques to identify potential investment opportunities and risksPrepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing research findings and investment recommendationsMonitor and evaluate existing investments to assess performance and make informed decisionsStay updated with market developments, economic indicators, and industry trendsCollaborate with other analysts and research teams to share insights and develop investment strategiesProvide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding stock market investments and portfolio managementMaintain accurate records of research data, client interactions, and investment transactionsAdhere to regulatory guidelines, ethical standards, and company policies in all research and analysis activitiesQualification & Skills Required:1 to 5 years of experience as a Stock Market Research Analyst or in a related roleStrong knowledge of stock market research methodologies, equity and derivativesFamiliarity with options trading, intraday trading, and stock market analysisProficient in using financial analysis tools and softwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret and effectively communicate complex financial dataAttention to detail and accuracy in research and analysisStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
