Your job decription would include; - Counseling the clients with the prospective visa options and Countries - Telecalling - Making SOP / Process to streamline sales operations - Contribute to marketing business online and manage Social Media pages & campaigns - Great organization skills, be proactive and be able to work autonomously - Attention to detail, ability to follow a process and instructions and client confidentiality is very important - Enforcing office policies and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
