We are looking for a motivated Solar Consultant to join our team in Bhopal. In this role, you will help customers understand the benefits of solar energy systems and guide them through the installation process.Key Responsibilities:- **Customer Engagement**: Connect with potential customers to explain solar energy solutions, answer their questions, and assess their needs.- **Site Assessments**: Visit customer locations to evaluate their roofs or land to determine suitability for solar installations.- **Proposal Preparation**: Create customized solar proposals detailing the benefits, costs, and savings for each customer, ensuring clarity and transparency.- **Sales Support**: Assist customers throughout the selling process, providing information, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition to installation.- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and local regulations to offer the best advice and services to clients.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and a passion for renewable energy. Strong communication skills are essential for explaining technical concepts simply. You should be proactive, with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory. A basic understanding of solar technology is an advantage. Successful consultants will demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to helping customers make informed decisions about solar energy.
