* Travel Consultation & Sales : Understand client requirements and design tailored travel itineraries and packages.Provide destination information, suggest activities, accommodations, and logistics based on client preferences.Respond to inquires through phone & email, in a timely and professional manner.Prepare quotations, handle bookings, and follow up with clients to close sales.Maintain strong product knowledge of all offerings in Andaman - resorts, tours, transportation etc.

* Operations Executives : Coordinate with our ground handling staff in Port Blair & Ferry operators to ensure smooth execution of service.Liaise with the back office team to ensure all vouchers, invoices and logistics are in order.Assist in handling last minute changes, cancellations and emergency situations.
