Csc coordinator/Project coordinator ;The objective of the Position: The Coordinator/Project Establish and maintain linkages with the ART center, ICTC, NTEP, NP-NCD,, TI and other service providers in the district/region Support all staff to develop their weekly and monthly work-plan based on programme priorities and targets Undertake occasional field visits with or without the ORW/CLH/Health Promoter/Peer Counsellor to observe the activities in the field and provide handholding/mentoring support Oversee all the M&E activities of the project. Ensure that all the data collected are entered in respective tools on daily basis and verify them on weekly basis to ensure data quality and completion. Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly reports to SACS/DAPCU/DISHA/ARTC Ensure action taken report within a month for the action points shared by SACS or NACO after their supervisory visits Lead advocacy, networking and local resource mobilization activities of the CSC In coordination with the accountant, ensure that the financial transactions and expenditure patterns are in accordance with the approved budget Facilitate visits from NACO, SACS, Donors and other stakeholdersRequired Qualification/experience/skills/qualities: Post graduate in any stream and have basic computer knowledge & Knowledge understanding of MS office and google doc. from recognized university in india. Basic understanding on NACP Program and willing to work among PLHIV groups Knowledge of Hindi,english & regional language. Writing and speaking skill. Preference will be given to candidate who belongs to PLHIV community. Specific roles and responsibilities of CLH- Develop weekly and monthly action plan with the help of the Project coordinator focusing on the priority clients. Outreach to priority clients to provide information on treatment adherence, OI, nutrition, healthy lifestyle and positive living and provide psychosocial support To assess the immediate requirement of clients & provide need-based services. Monitor ART adherence using the checklist. Support the PLHIV to avail social welfare schemes, entitlements and other benefits from the local authorities Immediate identification of difficult situation and timely escalation to higher authority. Punching the data in TAB on day to day basis and syncing the same once in a week Required Qualification/experience/skills/qualities: 12th std pass with 2 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS field. 2 years experience in field work. Basic understanding on NACP Program and willing to work among PLHIV groups . Knowledge of Hindi & regional language. Writing and speaking skill.. Preference will be given to candidate who belongs to PLHIV community..
