We are seeking a Decoration Manager to oversee and execute decoration projects in various settings. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work well with a team. Suitable candidates will be responsible for creating beautiful spaces that enhance the overall ambiance of events or venues.Key Responsibilities:1. **Planning Decorations**: Develop decoration plans based on client needs and preferences. This includes selecting themes, colors, and styles to ensure a cohesive and appealing look.2. **Supervising Teams**: Lead a team of decorators and assistants, ensuring that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities. Ensure that all expenses align with the approved budget to avoid overspending.4. **Quality Control**: Inspect decoration setups to ensure they meet the expected standards of quality and design.
