Job Title: Holiday ConsultantLocation: Jasola, DelhiJob Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Holiday Consultant to join our team in Jasola, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in selling domestic and international travel packages, strong connections with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and product owners, excellent communication and writing skills in English, and the ability to start quickly.Key Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Service:o Sell domestic and international holiday packages to clients.o Provide exceptional customer service and tailor travel packages to meet client needs.o Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed travel information and recommendations. Market and Industry Knowledge:o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and competitive offerings.o Develop and maintain strong relationships with DMCs, product owners, and other travel partners.o Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and ensure high-quality service delivery. Booking and Documentation:o Coordinate all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transfers.o Ensure all travel documents are accurately processed and delivered to clients on time.o Handle any changes, cancellations, or issues that arise during the booking process. Communication:o Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in person.o Draft clear and compelling travel itineraries and proposals.o Provide after-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Team Collaboration:o Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and promote travel packages.o Share insights and feedback to help improve products and services.o Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving sales targets and goals. Administrative Duties:o Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and sales activities.o Prepare and submit regular sale
