Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and B2C customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and meet with potential clients including architects, interior designers, contractors, and end-customers (B2C).Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders in the design and construction industry.Promote and demonstrate company products/services to prospective clients.Regularly visit construction sites, design firms, and customer locations to pitch solutions and close deals.Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.Provide accurate feedback on customer needs, competition, and market trends.
