- install / configure / repair of cctv, attendance device, switch, router , other hardware, software applications etc at customer's site.-site survey- cable laying - preventive maintenance -support customer onsite at field / remotely to resolve technical issues within agreed time limits - coordination with reporting manager & other team -establish a good working relationship with customers - daily report -ensure safety
