As a Surveyor, you will play a critical role in measuring land and preparing detailed site plans. Your expertise will help ensure accuracy in construction and other projects.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Conduct Surveys:** Perform land surveys to determine boundaries and the topography of properties, utilizing tools like theodolites and GPS equipment.- **Analyze Survey Data:** Compile and interpret survey data to create maps and reports that inform clients about land features and project requirements.- **Prepare Site Plans:** Develop detailed site plans showing legal property boundaries, existing structures, and planned developments, ensuring compliance with local regulations.- **Collaborate with Engineers:** Work closely with engineers and architects to provide accurate measurements and spatial data for construction or renovation projects.- **Monitor Project Progress:** Regularly visit construction sites to monitor the adherence to survey specifications, making necessary adjustments as the project progresses.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in surveying, with a strong understanding of surveying techniques and equipment. An I.T.I. education is essential. Ideal candidates must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to interpret complex data accurately.
