- Only Female candidates need to apply.- Overall Hospitality (professional & courtesy manner).- Handling the calls and redirect the same to the required officials.- House Keeping: Very particular to take care about to keep the cleaning of the class room, common lobby & passage, office rooms, washroom through the house keeper.- Need to coordinate with house-keeping and kitchen unit for any relevant issues such as supply of the drinking water to any visitor / guest, any relevant person from outside.- Responsible to act as 1st point Communication: For any students, Guardians, Visitors at the reception and common lobby.- Visitors' book / register to be maintained (as per the prescribed format).- Staffs' Movement Register to be maintained (as applicable).- Good time management skills.- Competency in MS Word and MS Excel and internet savvy.- Provide excellent customer service.- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.- Class schedule to be followed, coordinated & maintained.All class schedules should be in place at the reception desk (which should be taken from the back office one day before).
