Job Description: Business Development ExecutivePosition Summary:We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM). The candidate should have excellent negotiation and communication skills to identify new opportunities, build partnerships, and contribute to business expansion.Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and develop relationships with new clients, vendors, and suppliers.2. Leverage knowledge of SCM to ensure smooth operations and cost optimization.3. Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms.4. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.5. Monitor market trends and develop strategies to expand the customer base.6. Assist in inventory planning and procurement for optimal stock levels.7. Generate periodic reports on business development activities and outcomes.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of SCM and negotiation tactics. Exceptional communication and networking skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic analytics. Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recordedUpdate accounts receivable and issue invoicesUpdate accounts payable and perform reconciliationsAssist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelinesAssist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assignedUpdate financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when neededPrepare and submit weekly/monthly reportsAssist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closingsAssist with other accounting projects
