Objective:Seeking a dynamic and experienced CTO to lead our technology team, drive innovation, and scale our AI-driven B2B sales platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and B2B sales processes, and be ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of our AI-driven sales platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategy with business objectives.Lead and mentor a high-performing tech team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and managing a team of hundreds.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, ensuring the platform remains at the forefront of technology.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and tailor the platform accordingly.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in a leadership role in a tech-driven company, preferably in the B2B sales domain.Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large teams, with experience managing teams of hundreds.Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to challenges.Experience working with startups and scaling tech platforms.Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred:Experience in B2B sales processes and understanding of the sales lifecycle.Previous experience in building and scaling AI-driven platforms.Familiarity with the Indian tech landscape and experience in building teams in India.Additional Information:The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-driven B2B sales platform.
