VMC MASTER CAM PROGRAMMER with Tool & Die Making knowledge.Should be able to handle a team of 4-5 VMC Operators.

Reports To: ManagementJob Description : VMC Programmer cum In charge of VMC OperatorsResponsibilities and Duties:- 3 axis Programming with Master Cam Software along with Setting & Operating- Schedule planning, design & manufacturing.- Knowledge of Mitsubishi controls of machine operating system- Check & Measure verify dimensions of machine parts and tools using calibrated measuring instruments- Maintaining ISO Documentation.- Knowledge of manpower Management.Qualifications:- Edu Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical / Automobile/ Aeronautics- Experience: 5 to 10 years- Software Skills: MasterCam 3 axis Programming with good Experience.

Should be able to do VMC operating and setting.Should be able to set & run jobs on VMC without any supervision..Job Code Verification before running the job.Operate & Run Jobs in Optimum Time.Monitoring of Machine on Daily & Weekly basis.
