We have gained huge clientele in our country.Responsibilities for Sales coordinator profile:Good Communication (Hindi / English)Should have experience working with Industrial segment - Manufacturing / Service Provider, etcNeed to understand technical queries.Diploma (Mechnical) candidate willing to work for sales coordinator profile are welcomed for same..........Provide excellent cleint service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.Respond promptly to client inquiries, identify and resolve issues, and escalate problems when necessary.Handle client complaints with empathy and professionalism, finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.Document and track client interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex cleint issues and provide feedback on product or service improvements.Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and client service best practices.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.Assist in the development and improvement of sales/operations processes and procedures.Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.

We are currently looking to recruit experienced Manager (Industrial, Commercial, Residential Door Segment Engineer) based in Mumbai location.*******At least Diploma / BE (Mechanical)Concern will be scheduling and allocating installation, Maintenance & repair work to Engineer / Technician team.You will be responsible for installations, fault-finding, repairing and maintenance on a wide range of roller shutters, Industrial, Commercial, Residential types of doors.Over 8+ years of experience working on Doors segment.Currently carrying out Servicing, Installation & Maintenance duties on various Industrial / Commercial Doors.Experience of working on Hydraulic Dock Leveler, Overhead Sectional Doors, Fire Rated Rolling Shutters, Emergency Exit .Door, Fire rated glazed door and much more.Conducting the weekly review meetings with Sales Team, Business Development & Field engineer team.Provide client with Status updates.Reporting the Day-to-Day activity to Management.Includes travelling within Mumbai & outstation whenever required.Our clients are from high street retail, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, industrial and manufacturing sectors.Excellent communication both the sides.Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative.Joining time 30 days OK for us...............................
