Responsibilities:1.Supervision: Oversee and manage all aspects of building construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.2.Team Management: Lead and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and labourers, to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.3.Progress Monitoring: Regularly inspect work progress, identify any issues or delays, and take corrective actions to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines.4.Resource Allocation: Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.5.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, work schedules, material usage, and manpower deployment.6.Communication: Facilitate communication and coordination between various architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to resolve any project-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.7.Problem-solving: Proactively identify potential challenges or obstacles in construction projects and implement solutions to address them effectively.8.Safety Management: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures at the construction site to minimize accidents, injuries, and hazards.Qualifications:1. 12th pass or above. Additional certification in computer knowledge or related field is a plus. 2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in building construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.3. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

Responsibilities:1.To understand the design requirements and preferences.2.Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.3.Prepare and present design proposals, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.4.Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant information for project planning and design.5.Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using CAD software.6.Coordinate with engineering teams and consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into designs.7.Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable standards.8.Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance and support to project teams.9.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture.Requirements:1.Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.2. 45 years of experience working as an architect, preferably in a design firm or architectural consultancy.3.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.4.Strong design sensibility and ability to create innovative and functional architectural solutions.5.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
