Job DescriptionSubject Matter Expert- Hassan Studio, Avanti FellowsPosition Summary:The Subject Matter Expert will conduct classes and follow up on other academic tasks for 6-8 batches. Her/his role includes teaching, inspiring, doubt solving, and motivating students towards achieving their learning goals.We are looking of SME having 4-6 years of experience (JEE Mains/NEET level).Requirements: Basic proficiency in using computer software Full time degree in M.Sc./ B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech Passion for teaching & working in the Education Sector. Previous experience in teaching is a plus Proficiency in Class XI & XII Physics/Chemistry/Maths (either one subject) Experience required is 4-6 years of JEE/NEET level teaching Ability to connect with, inspire and motivate students Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Position Summary: The Junior Program Associate will have the responsibility of dealing with students, parents and other stakeholders to implement the scholarship program efficiently.Key responsibilities:Administration: Collaborates with the Program Manager to organize and execute program activities, including monthly catch-up meetings and other events or workshops. Ensures that schedules are adhered to and resources are allocated efficiently Responsible for the verification and validation of essential documents, including academic records, application forms, and supporting materials. Ensures all documentation complies with program standards and requirements.Communication: Serves as the primary point of contact for students and parents, providing them with necessary information and addressing any concerns. Facilitates effective communication to ensure all parties are informed and engaged. Maintains daily communication with students to gather updates, assess progress, and provide support. This includes checking in on their academic and personal well-being and offering guidance when needed. Organizes and leads weekly check-in meetings with scholars to monitor their progress, address challenges, and provide encouragement. This consistent interaction helps in building a strong rapport and trust.Documentation: Build relationships with scholarship organizations to secure scholarships for students. Collaborate with the team to create a scholarship pool to support students in college admissions. Overseeing all scholarship programs administered by Avanti Fellows.Alumni Network: Accurately records all interactions with students, ensuring that comprehensive records are maintained. This includes documenting updates, concerns, and any interventions provided. Keeps detailed logs of all communications, whether through email, phone, or in-person meetings.

Program Associate, JNV Team, Avanti FellowsPosition Summary:The Program Associate will lead end-to-end operations for one Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayaschool. Her/his role includes teaching, inspiring, training and motivating students towardsachieving their learning goals.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Classroom Teaching and Management Conduct remote classes on Zoom Prepare for classroom sessions with presentation slides in advance and teach studentsfor 30 hours a week Explain concepts in a creative and engaging way using real life examples Monitor students progress, their classwork and homework to ensure that they are ontrack to achieving their learning goals Encourage self-discipline and punctuality in the Avanti Classroom Mentoring, Career Guidance and Academic Support Build strong relationships with students through one-on-one interaction sessions, helpstudents overcome their academic and personal issues Regularly work with students to break down their academic workload into smallachievable goals and track their progress on these goals Debrief with students regularly on their test scores and classroom performance (bothCBSE board and Avanti) and suggest ideas for improvement Assist students in building their career trajectory based on their interests Parent Engagement Discuss the students performance with their parents in person or over phone at leastonce a month Conduct Parent Teacher Meetings (PTMs) in schools at least once every 3 months andshare aggregate and individual reports with parents Data Analysis Consistently collect and upload feedback about classroom and test performance onAvantis online learning management system Quarterly analyse students performance and track high/low performers, while providingtargeted support to the high/low performers Generate insights on reasons for poor student performance and devise solutions toaddress those problems Special Projects
