As a Senior Medical Representative (SMR) you will be responsible for promoting the company's products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The role involves managing and expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and providing scientific and product knowledge to ensure sustainable business growth within the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:Sales & PromotionPromotion of assigned healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.Organize and conduct product presentations, CMEs, and promotional activities.Customer Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).Ensure consistent follow-up and customer support to strengthen brand loyalty.Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Share timely reports and insights with the marketing and sales team.Territory ManagementPlan and execute effective daily/weekly call schedules to maximize doctor and retail chemist coverage. Ensure product availability and visibility at retail and distributor channels.Team Support & LeadershipAssist and mentor newly joined medical representatives. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution.ReportingMaintain accurate records of calls, samples, and promotional activities. Submit daily/weekly reports and sales data as required by management.Qualifications & Experience:Education:Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field., D. Pharma, B Pharms preferred (B.Pharm, B.Sc. preferred)Experience:Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in pharmaceutical sales
