The ideal candidate will develop data-driven strategies, create engaging content, and manage campaigns to enhance engagement and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.- Manage and optimize content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling visuals and copy.- Monitor analytics and KPIs to track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.- Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and build brand relationships.- Run paid ad campaigns and optimize ROI.Requirements- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.- Strong understanding of major social platforms and content types.- Excellent communication and writing skills.- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).- Creative mindset with attention to detail.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
