1) To manage the calibration activity and as on when required to execute the calibration activity as per the standard operating procedures.2) To execute the calibration activity according to the IWO / calibration planner / details / requirement provided by the customer (as on when required).3) To discuss the calibration planning with customer as well as to solve customer complaints and technical problems.4) After completion of activity, check the raw data sheet, prepare the WCR according to the executed work and handover to the reporting in charge / send to the salesperson.5) To prepare calibration and preventive maintenance planner of master instruments and equipments as well as to execute the preventive maintenance of master instruments and equipments as per the planner.6) To undertake the trainings of team members & maintain their training records as well as maintain to Asset list, History card, List of staff, Job responsibility of team, Training attendance register, customer complaint register.
