Data Analysis: Analyze test data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development, production, and sales.6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, tests, and results. qualification: B.sc. (chemistry), Exp.: 2-3 year in Lab and Mixing, preferably in Rubber COmpany
