Overview:As an Immigration Counselor/Visa Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting individuals through the complex process of immigration. You will provide personalized advice, assess eligibility, and facilitate the preparation and submission of immigration applications.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their immigration goals, preferences, and eligibility.Evaluate clients' qualifications and eligibility for various immigration programs.Advise clients on the most suitable immigration pathways based on their individual circumstances.Guide clients in the collection, preparation, and submission of required documentation for immigration applications.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all supporting materials.Prepare and review immigration applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.Collaborate with clients to finalize and submit applications in a timely manner.Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.Educate clients on the various stages of the immigration process, expected timelines, and potential challenges.Provide information about immigration interviews, medical examinations, and other procedural aspects.Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on the status of their applications.Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, demonstrating excellent customer service.Requirements:Proven experience as an immigration counselor or consultant.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.Proficient in using relevant software and tools for case management.We are also looking for Tele Callers, Visa Consultant, Telemarketing, Senior Visa counselor Roles.

Receptionist will be responsible for all office coordination. She should be confident to handle clients and office footfall.
