AURO was incorporated as a Public Limited Company in the year 1995 and took over the entire business of AURO Enterprises.

AURO then spread its wings in Electrical and Electronics and added another feather in its cap in the year 1996 by acquiring dealership of a Pune based company Minilec (India) Pvt. Ltd. for its products like Annunciator, Relays, Preventers, Timers, Controllers and other Automation devices.
