Location: In-home, Live-InEmployment Type: Full-timeCompensation: Salary + Accommodation + MealsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a trained and compassionate Live-In Nurse Nanny to provide round-the-clock infant and child care, ensure medical safety, and support parents with daily routines. The ideal candidate combines professional nursing knowledge with warm, attentive childcare skills.Key ResponsibilitiesInfant and Child CareProvide daily nursing-led care including feeding schedules, diapering, bathing, and sleep routines.Monitor developmental milestones and ensure age-appropriate stimulation and activities.Maintain a clean, safe, and structured environment for the child.Health Monitoring and Medical SupportConduct regular health assessments such as temperature checks, feeding logs, medication schedules, and symptom observation.Handle minor medical needs and first-aid interventions.Coordinate with pediatricians and accompany the child to medical appointments when required.Routine & Household SupportPrepare baby food or bottles as per guidelines.Maintain hygiene of nursery, toys, feeding equipment, and linens.Assist parents with planning sleep training, feeding transitions, and growth routines.Safety & Emergency PreparednessIdentify health risks early and respond promptly.Follow strict hygiene and infection-control practices.Be available for emergencies due to the live-in nature of the role.QualificationsCertified Nurse (ANM / GNM / BSc Nursing) or equivalent.Minimum 1 - 3 years of infant or pediatric care experience.Strong understanding of newborn care, lactation basics, and postpartum support.Ability to stay full-time and adapt to household schedules.Calm, patient, trustworthy, and professional.Additional RequirementsWillingness to relocate and stay with the family.Good communication skills with parents and doctors.Respectful of family privacy and household rules.Physically fit to handle newborn tasks and long hours.How to ApplySend your resume to hr@auramom.in
