Key Responsibilities:1. Oversee the overall operations and management of the city, including infrastructure, public services, and urban planning.- The City Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the city run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.2. Develop and implement strategies to promote real estate marketing within the city.- This involves working with developers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to attract investment and development in the city.3. Facilitate partnerships with banks and financial institutions to provide home loans to residents.- The City Manager will collaborate with banks to make home ownership more accessible to residents and stimulate economic growth in the city.4. Collaborate with government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders to address urban challenges and improve quality of life for residents.- This includes working on initiatives related to transportation, safety, housing, and more.Required Skills and Expectations:- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team and engage with stakeholders.- Knowledge of real estate marketing and finance to drive growth and development in the city.- Ability to think strategically and problem-solve to address complex urban issues.- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing circumstances and priorities in a dynamic city environment.- A passion for community development and a commitment to improving the lives of residents in the city.

To oversee and manage the disposal operations in the West Zone, ensuring smooth coordination, client handling, documentation, and achievement of disposal targets within company standards.Key Responsibilities:Plan and supervise disposal activities in the assigned zone.Coordinate with sellers, buyers, vendors, and field teams.Maintain records of assets, lots, and auction/disposal schedules.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.Support the Zonal Manager in meeting monthly and quarterly targets.Visit client locations when required for inspection or coordination.Monitor team performance and provide guidance or updates.Handle inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.Build strong relationships with banks, corporates, and agencies for disposal assignments.Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / MBA preferred13 years of experience in operations, auction, or disposal services (preferred)Strong coordination and communication skillsBasic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)Ability to travel within the West ZoneProblem-solving and team-handling abilitiesSalary Range:As per company standards (negotiable)Work Timing:Full-time (as per company schedule)Employment Type:On-roll / Permanent , target Additional Notes:Candidates with experience in asset disposal, auction operations, or recovery services will be preferred.Should be proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
