Job Responsibilities and Duties: To identify potential customers and prepare a customer list in the assigned area. Ensure continuous growth and achievement of assigned targets on monthly basis. Prepare monthly tour Programmed, which has to be approved by his/her immediate superior to whom he/she is reporting and following it without deviation. To submit expense reports in time. Meeting number of customers as per route plan for the day. Regularly meeting customer as per company policy and informing them about the procedures done, quality of work, pricing and the benefits as compared to other centers. Regularly furnishing complete work report as per company policy. Keep a close watch on the activities of the various competitors and keeping his/her immediate superior informed about it. Strictly following the line management. Properly maintaining company property and using it for professional use only. Maintain punctuality and work-related discipline. Conducts continuous medical education Programmed (promotional activities) on regular basis with the approval of immediate superior.
