Monitor and ensure quality of construction work as per approved drawings and specificationsConduct site inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with standardsPrepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and checklistsCoordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants for quality-related mattersEnsure materials used at site meet required quality standardsIdentify defects and suggest corrective and preventive actionsEnsure compliance with BMC and other regulatory guidelinesMaintain records of tests (concrete, soil, materials, etc.)Participate in client/authority inspections

Supervise and manage on-site construction activitiesEnsure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specificationsCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teamsMonitor project progress and ensure timely completionCheck quality of materials and workmanship at siteMaintain site records, reports, and daily progress logsAssist in planning and scheduling of workEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulationsLiaise with clients, consultants, and authorities (including BMC if applicable)Handle site measurements and billing support

Job Responsibilities:Supervision of civil works at project site.Handling day-to-day site activities and contractor coordination.Taking accurate levels using Auto Level Machine.Recording and maintaining level books and site measurement registers.Checking line, level, alignment, and dimensions as per approved drawings.Quantity measurement and preparation of running bills.Ensuring work quality as per PWD / Government norms.Coordination with municipal authorities and senior engineers.Maintaining site documentation and progress reports.Monitoring material usage and workmanship.Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.Minimum 1-3 years of site experience (Government project experience preferred).Must have practical knowledge of Auto Level machine operation.Ability to take and calculate RL, BM, and cross-section readings.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred.Good communication and site management skills.
