Foundry equipment's -Foundry shop electrical, hydraulics, pneumatic & mechanical knowledge.Experience in Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance in Foundry.Immediate Joiners required.Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of foundry equipment, such as furnaces, molds, crucibles, ladles, conveyors, and cooling systems. Develop and implement maintenance schedules, perform inspections, and coordinate repairs when necessary.Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Delegate tasks, set goals, and foster a collaborative work environment to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.Candidate must have experience in Unit / Plant Maintenance like Foundry Maintenance,Knowledge of Induction furnace, EOT cranes.experience in SG Iron Industry.Break down & Preventive maintenance of Foundry Plant. Induction Furnaces, DISAMATIC Moulding Machines Sand Plant ,Cranes .OEE and TPMBreak down & Preventive maintenance of Foundry Plant.Ensuring furnaces, sand plant, cranes & core shop-Maintenance.Ensuring ISO/TS implementationExperience in Foundry industry preferable.
