Job Brief of a Sales ExecutiveThis role is responsible for directing sales efforts to expand our customer base. This role will be responsible for generating new business and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded across all lines of business. This individual should be a motivated customer sales representative.Primary Job Responsibilities1. The sales executive needs to promote the transportation solutions of the companies to clients and negotiate contracts on their behalf, to maximize profits.2. Sales executives should be promoting logistics solutions to clients and prospects that support their supply chain needs.3. Sales executives are responsible for researching and seeking out prospects via sales calls to build a portfolio of clients.4. The Sales Executives are also required to act as the link between clients, carriers, and receivers.5. The Sales Executives are also responsible for establishing and developing relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service.6. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals from social media blogs, etc.7. Communicate customer problems to Management8. Visit at least 5 industries daily
