Job Title: Tech Co-founder - AI/MLJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tech Co-founder with expertise in AI/ML to join our startup as a founding member. The Tech Co-founder will work closely with the other co-founders to develop and execute the technical strategy for the company. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, strategic thinker, and strong leader with a proven track record of building and scaling technology products.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of our AI/ML technology strategy and architecture, including designing, developing and testing innovative solutions and algorithms that solve complex problemsDevelop and manage our data infrastructure and pipelines, including data ingestion, cleaning, processing, storage and retrievalCollaborate with the product team to define and prioritize features and enhancements, based on customer needs, market trends and business goalsHire, manage and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists and other technical staff, as neededStay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends, tools and techniques, and drive innovation within the companyWork with the co-founders to establish company culture, values, and visionCollaborate with the business team to develop go-to-market strategies, as well as analyze and measure product and business successQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field2 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or related fieldExperience building and leading teams of AI/ML engineers and data scientistsStrong knowledge of AI/ML tools and frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and KerasExperience with data management and storage technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and HadoopStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
