URGENT OPENING FOR FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE (FEMALE)Role & Responsibilities:Attending walk-in customer/Client to the Showroom.Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing)Maximizing sales through effective merchandising and marketing.Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.Answer customers questions about specific products.Dealing with customer queries and complaints.Exhibiting professional approach in handling CustomersCoordinating with the warehouse team for ensuring a smooth supply chain processCandidate is required to be well versed in the local language, having good convincing skills, confident in dealing with customers and pitching sales.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Persons having experience in handling sales/retails experience is preferred.
