Job Description: General Manager1.Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers and individuals of high net worth) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings .2.Aggressively achieving the sales target3.Conducting sales calls and closing the leads.4.Building & retaining the client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.5.Conducting market review / studies and analyzing competitors activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.6.Revenue generation using references of existing and upcoming projects and also in conversion of prospective customers who are planning to use competitors projects.7.Coordination with various functions / departments at various stages of the assigned project (like customer service development, projects, legal, accounts, etc). 8.Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Corporate, Investors, retailers and individuals of high net worth) so as to keep them abreast with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.Key requirements from Candidate Profile1.Impeccable profile with high professionalism.2.Good experience in Sales3.Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.4.Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.5.A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.6.Good communication and negotiation skills.7.Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter.8.Ability to work independently.9.Initiative and enterprise10.To enjoy networking and meeting new people.Industry: Real Estate / PropertySANDEEP BHANDARIHR RECRUITER - ASSET DEALS
