Freshers are welcome.Salary: 15,000Shift: Night ShiftRoles and ResponsibilitiesDevelops tracking requirements to enable in-depth analysis of current and new site features to measure key KPIs, web conversions, engagement and user journey..Ensures all new features released to campaign targeted to bring more opens Analytics and data is flowing into the analytics platform as expectedIdentifies optimization opportunities for site testing as needed to drive the business including customer and business valueCollaborates cross functionally with various teams (operations, account, strategy and project management) by ensuring the measurement of marketing programs are considered and business requirements are discussed.Collaborates with external agency partners (e.g. media, data partners) along with the Marketing Intelligence team as needed to derive insights in an exploratory manner to drive business growth and improvementsMonitors data to ensure integrity of data is intact and data discrepancies are accounted for and resolved quickly and communicated to the larger team.Uses existing or custom-designed reports to draw conclusions and develop actionable insightsCoordinates technical tracking placements and updates with client data partners to ensure data integrity and efficiencies are in placeCollaborates with Marketing Operations to plan data logistics, ensuring efficient project execution while providing a continuous feedback loop and maintaining data integritySupports collaboration of all team disciplines to accurately gather and use information for project analysesAdditional duties may be assigned.Desired Candidate Profile:Any Graduates who can work in Night Shift.Job Benefits & Perks1.
