ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Constant watch on floor activities
Has to do end to end recruitment.
Has to manage in-house workforce.
Has to do performance evaluation & appraisals.
Has to supervise and revise the KRAs.
Supervise showroom discipline
Problem solving of employees
Has quality of team leader
Has to coordinate with all the departments.
Has to conduct Employees Engagement Activities
Manage administration on floor
Supervise day to day activities
To coordinate with both employees as well as top level management.
To supervise leave management.
Have to give suggestions, briefing & training to employees when and where needed.
Qualification : MBA or any HR related degree
Required : Females only
Salary : 9000 -12000 RS Per Month.
Location : Ahmedabad
