Ashoka Rolls Mfrs. LLP, a leading manufacturer of rolls in the paper industry, is looking to hire a passionate and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the paper industry and be skilled in building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the expansion of our market presence.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities in the paper manufacturing industry, including both domestic and international markets.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and suppliers. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to help shape business strategy.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align sales initiatives.Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to close deals effectively and profitably.Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings and the latest innovations in the paper manufacturing industry, especially rolls, to effectively present to clients.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.Requirements:Educational Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)Experience: Must have previous work experience in the paper industry, preferably in a sales or business development role.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing business relationships.Good negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Preferred:Location: Candidates from Delhi NCR or East Delhi will be preferred.Immediate joiners preferred.
