We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, coordinating with clients, and providing administrative support. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and reports.Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders, ensuring all details are correct and entered into the system.Client Coordination: Communicate with clients to confirm orders, schedule appointments, and address inquiries or concerns.Administrative Tasks: Manage sales team schedules, organize meetings, and maintain sales records.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products.Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate and current information.Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Responsibilities:1. Word Press Development: Design and implement custom Word Press themes and plugins. Modify existing code and troubleshoot issues to enhance website functionality. Ensure responsive design and optimal performance across various devices.2. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve website visibility on search engines. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website rankings. Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics.3. Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for both team members and clients. Provide technical support and assistance in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain hardware/software solutions.4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketing teams. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and implement effective solutions.5. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Word Press development, SEO, and hardware/software troubleshooting.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Word Press Developer and SEO Specialist. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). Solid understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.Preferred Skills: Experience with e-commerce platforms and integrations. Familiarity with website security best practices. Knowledge of server management and hosting environments. Certifications in Word Press development or SEO.
