Maintain PR Relations with Plant Management, To coordinate with Plant Manager for Trip Management, Safety Protocol, To recruit and train drivers, To ensure vehicles are maintained in perfect condition and its repair, Audit of spares stocks, Imprest, Drivers Salary etc.

1. PR with Plant - To maintain cordial relations with Plant Manager & Staff and ensure there is no complaint from Plant management to Company 2. Trip Management - To coordinate with Plant Manager for Trip Management and ensure that none of our vehicle is standing idle at Site and look into the distribution of supply routes 3. Safety Protocol - To be fully responsible for all Safety norms as per client policy. To recruit and train drivers strictly as per client policy and CGM safety PPT. To acquire and maintain updated documentation related to driver and vehicles as per checklist. Site Manager to give 1 hour refresher training to each driver every week. 4. Vehicle Management - 1. To ensure vehicles are maintained in perfect condition to avoid loss of any trip. Documentation updating, Local Site Challan Clearance & local RTO Job5. Audit of Stock at Site6. Imp rest Handling. 7.
