As an Assembly Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the assembly process of our products at our facility in Ambattur Industrial Estate. Your main responsibilities will include:- **Assemble Components**: You will be responsible for assembling various components accurately and efficiently according to technical specifications and guidelines.- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all assembled products meet quality standards by performing regular inspections and tests to identify any defects or issues.- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and address assembly-related problems swiftly to maintain production schedules and minimize delays.- **Documentation**: Maintain clear records of assembly processes, including inventory, parts used, and any issues encountered to help in future improvements.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and communicate any challenges that arise during the assembly process.To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:- **Education**: A diploma in engineering or a related field is essential for understanding technical drawings and assembly requirements.- **Experience**: You should have 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in assembly roles, showcasing your ability to work with various tools and machinery.- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy to ensure high-quality assembly and reduce errors.- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to think critically and resolve issues quickly when they arise.- **Team Player**: Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively within a team environment. You must be male and willing to work full-time from the office.
