Candidate should have experience in a Petroleum Process Plant.

Oversee the plant's daily operations, processing, and storage of petroleum products. Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met. Ensure the plant runs smoothly and troubleshoot any operational issues. Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and infrastructure. Recruit, train, and supervise plant personnel. Foster a positive work environment and ensure effective communication among team members. Conduct performance reviews and provide staff feedback, coaching, and development opportunities. Oversee the management of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods inventory. Ensure that products meet quality specifications and standards. Implement quality control measures and address any quality-related issues.
