Job Title: Customer Service ExecutiveJob Location: MumbaiSalary: Rs. 15000 20000 per monthAbout Us: We are a seed-funded, stealth-mode startup working in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain technology solutions in India, addressing the Indian Pharma Market (Rs 2 Lakh+ Crore, Price to Retailer).About the Role: Play a key role in improving the customer experience by resolving customer issues, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.What Will You Do:Catering to customer phone calls and diverting the call to the relevant department for a more advanced form of query resolutionEstablishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phoneHelping customers choose the right product for their requirements and budgetHandling customer concerns and complaints promptly with an easy-to-follow solutionInforming customers of upcoming promotions or dealsFixing customer training based on their availabilityForming reports based on customer satisfaction statisticsConducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the company's services need improvementsWhat Will You Need to Succeed:12th Standard Pass, preferably a diploma in Computer Application Strong communication skillsProficiency in verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsDisplay a willingness to learn about the company's products and services.Must be efficient and adaptable to changing customer needs and situations.Proficient in using MS-Office.
