Develop all Company-related websites with the WordPress platform, following company standards and protocols. Plan code design by defining the scope of custom builds, timelines, and functionality. Research APIs and develop needed code and/or plugins for use in WP websites for API integration. Coordinate with and train members as necessary to help deliver on deadlines Update existing websites in both HTML and WordPress. Setup and maintain e-commerce websites. Optimize websites for SEO, performance and analytics. Devise process improvements to increase the speed and efficiency of building sites. Designing and managing the websites front and back-end including database and server integration Conducting website performance tests and A/B Testing for design efficiency. Troubleshooting content issues Monitoring the performance of the live website Maintaining, upgrading, upscaling and deploying our websites Implementing security and performance monitoring tools to ensure a secure and good performing web environment Staying updated with trends in the WordPress world Upskill and update yourself on a self-learning mission Resolving any kind of technical backend issues.

Processing of Customer Orders received through Web & mail. Responsible for complete order execution such as preparing order forms for production, packing list, Invoice and other related documents. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders. Answering calls politely and professionally to provide information about services and products. Record all order details in the database. Follow up to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests and complaints. Provide highest level of customer service and support to Customer. Preparing daily / weekly / monthly reports
