Having expertise in Modi jackets. Responsible for functional team across product development, sourcing, merchandising, operations, Quality &compliance and develop SOPs for standardizing for the functional activities.Analyzing the styling, quality, measurement, fit of the styles in conjunction with the QA & the design department.Production supervision reviewing lab dips, trims, fabrics, style and construction to co-ordinate fit and finish.Closely monitoring the sampling status everyday in terms of assessing / approving lab dips, fabrics, prints-embroideries, trims, pattern and prototype developmentResponsible to communicate quality standards, arrange mid and final inspections and back up each shipment by pre -production size sets, shipment samples and standard test reports meeting the buyers specifications and parameters.Interaction with buyers on order status. Also independent follow-up for fabrics, trims samples with the buyer to commence production in time.Providing (production and sampling report charts) on a daily/ weekly basis.Collection of new developments for buyers reference for the forthcoming season.Getting buyers feedback and incorporating the same in the next process of sampling.Promotion and Execution of the company policies/procedures, mission, values & standards of ethics and integrity and provide direction to others in their use and application.
