About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and resourceful professional to manage and develop strong relationships with fragrance oil, essential oil, and skincare product manufacturers in India. The role will be responsible for sourcing high-quality products, negotiating supplier agreements, supporting product development, and ensuring smooth coordination to bring products into the UAE market.---Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and build partnerships with manufacturers of fragrance oils, essential oils, and skincare products across India.Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and quality standards to meet company requirements.Collaborate with manufacturers on product development, customization, and private-label opportunities.Ensure compliance with UAE market regulations, certifications, and export documentation.Manage end-to-end supply chain from India to UAE, including production timelines, quality checks, and shipment coordination.Maintain ongoing communication with UAE office to align supply, demand, and market requirements.Monitor market trends in fragrances, essential oils, and skincare to recommend new product opportunities.Develop reports and updates on manufacturer performance, product costs, and sourcing efficiency.
