Provide basic customer support through ticketing system. Assurance of meeting our uptime SLA Problem-solving, and critical thinking for complex issues Provide Proactive Server Maintenance and Hardening Implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and maximize performance Creating systems to expedite efficiency in day-to-day processesPreferred Skill Good Communication Skill in English. Expert Knowledge in Web Hosting Control Panels like Cpanel, Plesk, Dirct Admin Hands-on experience on working on Bare Linux Servers and Strong workingknowledge in Mail Servers ( QMail, Exim, Postfix) Well versed in different Web Servers such as Apache,Nginx Virtualization knowledge such us OpenVZ,Xen Server,KVM and Cloud - experiencein OpenStack, AWS, Google Cloud are preferred Excellent knowledge of Server Tweaking, Hardening a3nd other vulnerability fixes. Excellent knowledge in Server/Website migrations Skillset to handle Disaster Recovery Procedure, Spamming, DDoS, Hacking Issues. Excellent Knowledge on Web server, Mail server, DNS, FTP, SSH (Thoroughknowledge on Apache and DNS will fetch you the job) Good Team player - Able to work independently in 3 shifts to provide 24X 7customer support worldwide. RAID systems (Hardware and software)Educational Qualification Graduates in B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. in IT or Computer Science.Location Kochi, Infopark
