Job Summary:As a dialysis technician, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians in a dialysis unit or clinic. Your primary duties will include setting up and operating dialysis machines, monitoring patients during dialysis treatment, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout the process. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining dialysis equipment, preparing dialysis solutions, and documenting patient information accurately.Responsibilities:Prepare Dialysis Equipment: Set up and prepare dialysis machines and equipment according to established protocols before each patient's treatment session.Assist Patients: Help patients onto dialysis machines, explain procedures, and address any concerns or questions they may have. Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition during dialysis treatment.Operate Dialysis Machines: Start, monitor, and adjust dialysis machines and equipment during treatment sessions to ensure proper functioning and optimal treatment for patients.Maintain Cleanliness and Sterility: Follow strict infection control procedures, maintain cleanliness in the dialysis unit, and adhere to sterilization protocols for equipment and supplies.Monitor Fluid Removal: Monitor patients' fluid removal during dialysis treatment to prevent complications such as hypotension or fluid overload.Administer Medications: Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, such as heparin for anticoagulation during dialysis treatment.Document Patient Information: Accurately record patient data, including vital signs, treatment parameters, and any adverse reactions or complications during dialysis sessions.Provide Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, dialysis treatment, dietary restrictions, and self-care techniques to promote optimal health outcomes. Front Desk Executive 1. Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls and enquiries 2. Schedule proper OPD appointments.3. Keep track of patients' accounts and records. 4. Collect proper patient information such as insurance information.5. Complete the admission formalities as per the protocols of the hospital. 6. Complete billing at the time of discharge.

PBX Operator 1. Attend calls and give proper correct information. 2. Provide proper information to customers. 3. Provide connections to mobile phones.4. Answers queries from callers about the Hospitals or patients areas.5. Connect calls to the required extension, re- direct them to another number or place them in a waiting queue if the desired number is busy.6. Deal with problem situations in a professional manner and adequate communication.7. Ability to express courtesy, tact and discretion

Evaluate and monitor the patients progress. Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patients medical condition. Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members. Begin treatment and monitor doses. If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors. Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit. Complete all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient. Maintain patient records. Create and implement effective care plans.
