Job Role: Freight Broker - Mohali(Fresher/Experienced)Company: Arific Business SolutionLocation: Mohali, Punjab, IndiaResponsibilities:Carrier and Shipper Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with a network of carriers and shippers.Identify and onboard new carriers and shippers to expand our network.Provide excellent customer service to both shippers and carriers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.Freight Coordination and Negotiation:Source and secure freight opportunities by matching shipper needs with available carrier capacity.Negotiate freight rates and contracts with carriers and shippers to maximize profitability.Coordinate and track shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring on-time performance.Resolve any transportation issues or delays that may arise.Market Analysis and Reporting:Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Analyze freight rates and market data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.Prepare and maintain accurate records of all transactions, including shipment details, rates, and carrier information.Maintain accurate records in our TMS system.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a related logistics role.Strong understanding of the transportation industry and freight brokerage operations.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers.Proficient in using transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Bachelor's degree preferred.Knowledge of Indian logistics market is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and commission structure.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.A supportive and
